Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of employers.visajobs.ie. By creating an employer account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Who can create an account

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company you register. One account represents one company. We currently support a single owner per company; shared team seats are not yet available.

Verification

VisaJobs verifies employers automatically in one of two ways: a match against the government employment permit register, or a work email address on your company’s own domain. If neither check succeeds, your account may wait in manual review before you can post a role. Providing false company information to obtain a Verified badge is grounds for account suspension.

Job postings

Roles you post must be genuine, currently open, and accurately described. You agree not to:

• Post roles you do not intend to fill
• Misrepresent salary, location, or visa sponsorship terms
• Use postings to collect personal data for purposes unrelated to hiring
• Post duplicate or spam listings

We may remove a posting or suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Plans and billing

The Free plan allows a limited number of live roles at no cost. Paid plans, where available, are billed on the cycle shown at checkout and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Applications

Applications submitted through VisaJobs are passed to you as the employer for your own hiring process. You are responsible for how you store, use, and eventually delete candidate data you receive, in line with applicable data protection law.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

VisaJobs is provided as is. We are not liable for hiring decisions made using the platform, for the accuracy of government permit data we display, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify account owners by email before it takes effect.
